No one explained to me how my alarm system supposed to work. It does not go off when I try to open the car when locked

I purchased a new Honda at Rock Honda in Fontana CA, and had the WORST experience possible from a member of the finance department, name Edris. I didn't catch a last name. He was insulting, and rude, and after I said that they will now be getting a bad review, he said "good, that doesn't matter, we don't care." So clearly he does not care about your customers, or your business. Then, because I pointed out that a specific "theft protection" fee didn't make sense and that it was a stupid charge, he then asked me in a snarky and rude way, "what do you do for a living?" so I then said "doesn't matter don't worry about it," and then he stopped what he was doing, looked up my paperwork and said "Schneider Electric, so like, electricity, hmm, is it something good or something stupid?" He is not a good employee and I believe he intimidates other employees there. Because of him, I will never be going back to Rock Honda nor will I recommend anyone go there. Jimmy was a good sales guy though, I liked him he serves the company well.
