Service was supposed to be two hours. I tried calling and phone rang along time then someone hung up on me. I called back 3 more timesand finally got thru. Then I found out my car was finished but the service person was out to lunch but didn’t css a ll me to say car was done. I am a 13 plus year customer at Rock Honda and this and this is the worst service I have had.

I always go to the one in riverside and they always wash my car after any service I get done on it & also instead of waiting in the waiting room they offer Uber/lyft to your house and get your a ride back to the dealership once it’s done.
