I waited the appropriate time and when I realized mariano was busy I decided to just leave but he quickly gave me a call and explained the situation to me on why they were extremely busy, he further went on to apologize and ask I reconsider taking my car in to them if I was still in need of service for it, i agreed and he quickly made up for the busyness of the day.
