I went in for my front and back brakes to be replaced. Which they were but they sound horrible and not like they are brand new. I’m disappointed.

Mariano was wonderful. I was very disappointed with the lack of sanitation, the number of your employees that weren’t wearing masks, and protections in the payment area. I asked specifically before I came if everything had been being sanitized in the waiting area and was told that everything was being cleaned at least hourly. I was there for almost 3 hours and didn’t see any of that. I also didn’t feel like my car was sanitized before it was left for me
