Because we never received a call telling us that our vehicle was ready, we had to leave it overnight. My wife was going to use that car to visit her sister but had to cancel.

The service overall was faster than the quoted 1.5-2 hours. With service at other plays that run closer to 30 min that quoted time is outrageous. We expect it to shoot for 30 min but I would expect an hour wait max.
The guy who dropped the car off was not wearing a mask and they didn’t use a foot pad in the car.
The guy who did the service appointment was very nice and courteous.
