Hello, I love the car however the service couldn’t compare I think many of your service representatives should be retrained on customer service, “RED” was very helpful, yet the car salesman (Albert) I had initially just walked away an assisted another customer which is beyond unprofessional.

We were scheduled at 8am. We already had an appointment. When we arrived, there were only two cars ahead of us, and then when we checked in, the rep acted like we weren’t even scheduled. We had a simple oil change, battery change due to a faulty battery, and brake fluid change and we did not leave the service center until 11:22am. Sure, you give free oil changes in the contracts but you don’t tell the customer that an oil change will take 3 hours of their time. Every single time we’ve come for an oil change, we’ve never been there less than 3 hours. Unacceptable. This is not one persons fault. This is the responsibility of the department as a whole.
