No communication i made an appointment for 9am to check out my transmission (which only needed a flush) i wasn't told what was going on i wasn't offered a settle to and from and my car was suppose to be ready at 1 i had to call to see what was going on and still the car wasn't ready till 5 and I had to wait 30 minutes just for help to get my car when I got there luckily there was a nice guy who asked if I needed anything because everyone else walked right passed me horrible experience I'm never going to rock honda and ima tell everyone else to do the same
