The time was 3 hours for the second service requirement. No service people, with Covid layoffs was “the reason”. No car wash availability for same reason. I live in Glendale, Zip 91201; will rethink next service location choice.

I scheduled online for a warranty repair and a loaner. Upon arrival I was told that the part had to be ordered and that you don’t offer loaners. I was rescheduled, and told I would be offered a shuttle ride home. After dropping the car off Monday morning, I waited 20 minutes for the shuttle and it left without me.

Mariano Galdamez was awesome, he provided great customer service when I dropped off my vehicle. However, when it was time to pick up my vehicle, Mariano was on lunch and one of his peers in the service department displayed poor customer service. This advisor saw me waiting for atleast 15 minutes and did not bother to acknowledge me. When I finally approached him on his desk to see if he can help me get my invoice so I can pay for the bill, he asked who my advisor was and he said just wait in front of Mariano’s desk without even any eye contact. I waited another 10 minutes and finally flagged another service advisor who said Mariano was on lunch and that advisor quickly went to Mariano’s desk to identify my invoice where I was able to pay for my service. Not sure why the other advisor couldn't do that. So I then went to the parts and service director to complain about my experience, he then gave me an fake I'm sorry apology while getting his tupperwear lunch boxes stacked up and ready and said started to walk out of his office while I was still talking. Very unprofessional especially at his level. For folks that work in the “Service dept” sure does not understand the basics of customer service. They need to talk and learn from Mariano, if it wasn't for him I’d transfer my business to another Honda dealership. Then again, Im sure nothing’s going to happen, not sure why I wasted my time writing this.
