I stopped going to rock Honda because of the last service I got.. however being that honda called me for the recall on my pilot and they scheduled me here because it was easier then penske honda I figured I'd give it a shot. Service was ok.. i asked if my car could be washed and was told due to short staff it was not available. Pull up to pick up my car and low and behold I see a car pull up washed... and another one being dried out in the back. Felt a bit lied too. The shuttle guy was good he actually made my experience better..

Its not that the customer service here is awful they just are not as friendly as they try to make it appear. It seems the service advisors are more concerned with taking your money than truly helping you. Today I picked up my car after taking in for an exhaust smell inside the car. The oil cap was not covering the oil tank. It was on the side under the hood. They basically charged me $145 to place the cap on and refilled the oil which I will need get serviced for an oil change in a few weeks anyways. I understand thats the deductible amount that needs to be paid when car is serviced. But my engine had oil spilled all over it they barely wiped it down with a dry rag and told me to ask whoever changes my oil to pressure wash it off. I had to ask if it was safe to drive. They also informed me my spill shield was missing but didnt offer me the opportunity to purchase one there and install for me. When the advisor showed me under the hood I noticed my windshield wiper fluid cover was missing. I asked was it there when the technician first looked at it. They said no. We figured it was lost then the advisor noticed it stuck on the side. I stuck my hand in and got it. I feel like the technician should have saw it when he was doing a full diagnostic on my car but instead they would have not even mentioned it if I didnt notice!! Makes me wonder if they dropped it and thought it was lost and didn't care to investigate... so yea I guess that's what $145 dollars gets you! I haven't had good experiences the last time I came to the service center as well. Im hoping that is just this location and I can find a Honda center that values their customers and work more
