Jimmy was amazing and went our of his way to help us out this holiday weekend. We are traveling from out of state and had our car breakdown. I called a couple different dealerships and told they couldn't look at our vehicle. Jimmy answered and said they could absolutely fit us in and get us back on the road home.

The issue is with billing and Honda.
No cost breakdown. No backup to show actual costs. Very little transparency.
I would have appreciated proper documentation when paying over $5000.00 for a motor repair at 79,000 miles on a Honda.
