Well, I was worried at first because I wasn’t scheduled at 8am like Rufino had told me on the phone BUT he still took care of me and I wasn’t there for as long as I thought I would be since apparently my name wasn’t placed on the appointment list.
Rufino is literally my favorite person in that whole rock Honda dealership. I dread going there but when Rufino helps me I don’t worry as much. I’m going to tell him next time how much I appreciate his help and appreciate him always being so kind and genuine.

I drive many miles and use the windshield wipers often, because of that my fluid is always low, even after the service, it means you guys are not topping off the fluids or even check them. This is false advertisement when you announce part of the service includes topping off fluids.
If I have to check my fluids myself what is the point of servicing my car at the dealership???????
