I've seen people that were here when I came that are done and gone I've seen people that came after me that are done and gone but I'm still here and I came in early for my appointment at 11:30 a.m.
Been here twice before and the service wasn't this bad. I was just wondering was put on the back burner because I've been here over a hour 1/2 and people have come after me have been called to pick up there cars are gone???

A honest mistake can happen but one must disclose the mistake and find the resolution. This didn't happen and I didn't appreciate finding broken battery cover parts on my own. As a business,

I was satisfied with the awesome work you did and the awesome service advisor we had. But very disappointed on the wait time even though I had an appointment it's like what was the point in even wasting my time making an appointment if I was going to be there 3 plus hours. And the other thing I'm highly disappointed about is the price I paid you guys are over priced and I really am reconsidering going to you guys again for my service needs. And I really thought you guys were way better then Spreen Honda and I refuse to go to them so I always went to you guys but I'm really thinking twice about that.
