I called Tuesday to get the pricing on a code my car was giving me which was A12 I spoke to Shafiq and he told me everything I needed and gave me the total of 518.95. We scheduled an appointment for today 6/4/20 at 130pm and after waiting 4 hours for my car when he took me to the cashier she told me the total was $675+, this is completely unacceptable, especially considering I called two days prior to get the total so I wouldn’t be surprised by it when I got there. Very disappointing customer service.

I requested that the next oil change sticker not be n placed on the windshield because it's tinted. When I got my car back, the sticker was on the windshield. The service representative put it on the paperwork and when I got the car back the sticker was on the windshield, which could have damaged the tint.
