I did the oil change for my vehicle on may 22 2020 and the technicians didn’t screw the metal protector in the bottom of my car. later that day i drove home from the dealer and the metal protector dragged on the floor causing it to bend and make a lot of noise. I was very scared to even move my car with all the noise. That’s something that shouldn’t happen at all, you guys should double check the work for the safety of customers.

I ended up at rock because my sister loves you guys Kathi Hannah. My element was born at the redlands Honda dealer. I went in to get a real good tune up. The price was so high. I could not get it fixed there. I Was able to find a price 2/3 less. They fixed all kinds of things. The thing that got me was when I went to pick up the car from Honda. The mechanic tried to by the car from me. What is that? The price to fix it was so high. That he wanted to by it. Anyways you guys were great. I’ve found a home.
