If this was a taste of Honda’s service is all about, I’m very disappointed. I have taken my vehicle to Penske Honda for my oil changes. Recently, I moved to Fontana and when my car started leaking oil, I decided to try Rock Honda for this service. Come to find out that the oil leak was simply from a loose nut not tightened by Penske Honda. Final result cost me $145 for Rock Honda to tighten this. When I tried to voice my pleasure, I was simply ignored and walked over to the cashier to pay for this. If this is how being a Honda car owner is, I guess feeling irrelevant or unimportant is not something they are too concerned with.

It took approximately 8 Hrs. to get three windows tinted and an alarm upgrade. Also I had asked them to fix my ambient light on my driver’s door due to it being under warranty. I just recently purchased this vehicle a week ago.

Very nice staff from receiving my vehicle to going inside meeting Eduardo and my shuttle driver Conrad ... I live in Bakersfield and been doing business with Barbs Honda 2016..
