Very polite and quick service. Only issues were getting a hold of someone when transferred to service & scheduling dept. No one answered so I had to keep calling and going through the receptionist. At the site, I was getting a little turned around. Someone would ask me to wait inside and another would pass me and ask me to wait by the car. Things were a little confusing. Everything from getting checked in with Yvonne to getting checked out went well. She's great. I would just work a little on the communication so it's straight across the board and customers aren't confused about where they should be or what to do.

Job was done on time but they lwft one screw from flap under the car .
Showed to service rep at Rock honda & both denied saying thats how it supposed to be . showed them another same model car & then they believed that bottom part is loose & need to be screwed . There was another problem of weird sound coming out from dashboard but Rock Honda Rep told me to come bqck again some other time . They didnt fix my problem.
