Today my girlfriend Brianna Guillen went into drop off our vehicle at 2pm and was informed that she did not have an appointment scheduled today which was odd because I called the service department at 730am to follow up on the time of the service which was scheduled at 220pm. Karen Castillo was absolutely rude, she did not let Brianna know how long it would take to complete the service, Brianna had informed Karen that she would be leaving the vehicle and would be back after 4pm. At 340pm Brianna called to see what was the status of the service and she was informed that the vehicle was on the rack and they had not started working on it. She was then informed that the vehicle would be done at the end of the day. What is the point of making an appointment at 220pm if the car would not be done until 515pm just to complete an oil change. I am disappointed in the service that we received today and to be honest I may just make the drive to another dealership to get my service done in the future.

Had let them know there was a headlight out and needed to be replaced. They told me everything was fine even when I questioned them that I specifically knew the headlight was out. They once again told me it was not. Left with the car and found out that evening when it was dark that the headlight was still out. Had to return the next day back to Kia to have it taken care of which was a huge inconvenience since we do not live in the area. Of course still charged the full amount and would not give military discount. Very disappointing.

I have taken both of my Kia's in for service to Kia Covina. Both times great service on all ends. It's sad that a dealership my family has bought 6 cars from can't or won't fix a recall issue. Someone from the dealership in Pomona referred me to Covina and I'm glad I listened!
