I have brought my car in twice already for the same problem and it still isn’t fixed. I am very frustrated and upset. I had to make 3 trips up the service department this week, on the same day! Still isn’t fixed and no idea if/when it ever will be.

I received conflicting information on when I need to schedule another oil service. I was told hat my 2920 Telluride required full synthetic oil. I was then told by Karen that I need to schedule an oil change at 5'000 miles which conflicts with the 7'500 miles for synthetic oil. So what is the answer? I want to comply with t

The service I received was great. The representatives were great. My only complaint is the wait. I was there over 2 hours just for an oil change. Since you schedule an appointment, I thing you should change your process to accommodate this kind of service. I have never had to wait so long for this service.
