I made appointment two weeks ago. My appointment is 7:00 am I come at first and drop the car. About 12:00 pm I received message from you and ask me feel free to ask questions. Then I ask when I can pick up the car. No body answer. Until 4:00 pm I make call you tell me today busy haven’t check my vehicle yet. I need car next day so pick up the car at 5:00 pm. I had an appointment at 8:45am for an oil change and an alignment. I didn't hear anything back from Kia, so I called them to inquire about the status of my vehicle at 1:40pm. They did not answer; therefore, I left a message asking for a call back. At 2:15pm, I received a phone call back from Eduardo saying that he just got my paperwork back indicating the services that is needed. I explained to him that it has been over 5 hours and because I didn't have a vehicle I had to walk in 105 degree weather to pick up my daughter who is in the 1st grade and subject her to walking a little over a mile in this heat. He told me that my vehicle should be ready at 4:30pm, which it was not and it wasn't ready until 5:10pm. After complaining to the service staff in how unsatisfied we were pertaining to their extremely slow service given that we had an appointment. Mike who works in the service department response to our frustration was an appointment time only guarantees that your car would be looked at that day. Eight and a half hours for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment is unacceptable.
