Made an appointment for service on Wednesday at 12 noon. I called at 4PM and they hadn’t even looked at my car yet. What is the point to make an appointment.
I was without my vehicle for 2 days. If they didn’t have time for my car they should have told me, so I could come back another time. This is a big issue related to customer service.

Did not call me to tell me my tire that I payed for on the 21st I just found out a couple of days ago. He said my tire would be in in a couple of days and never called me. He told me that the mechanics put the right air pressure on my tires and I leave and the tire pressure on all 4 tires and they were all different they were at 44 one and the other was 39, the others were 38 then I come back to tell him about it and he said ok leave your car again and I’ll have them fix that. I leave again and he tells me that they checked it out and was fine and it was the same .
And I said fine. I drive off and I told him it was the same so he said there ok you have to drive it around 4 miles and it would fix it self, I drove it 11 miles and it was the same. When I called the first time when I found out they had my tire and asked him if I can come in that day and he said no I had to come in a couple of days later, I figured that the least he could do was give me an appointment the next day and said no . I’m sorry to complain about this but I was upset. But I think that Wesley is such a nice person and I asked for him but he wasn’t there and they told me to call you and you would take care of this. I thank you so much for being understanding and your taking care of this problem.
