Service was fine - she stated it would take about 2 1/2 hours and it took about 2 hours. Only thing is when she called to inform my car was ready - it was still being washed and I had to wait 20 additional minutes. I would have rather been called when my car was physically ready in the front since I had clocked out for my lunch break when she told me it was ready.

Michael appears to be a nice guy, however his communication skills are not the greatest. He does not follow the timing that he says to communicate, I had my vehicle caught up more than one week until I got a definite answer, and got a very hard time in order to get a rental vehicle almost a week later from the time that my vehicle was towed. Overall, not satisfied at all.

From the moment I contacted Mike Connelly via telephone I knew I was in good hands. I had just picked up my vehicle for a minor service and rear brakes when the check engine light started flashing and the engine lost power. I told him AAA would be towing it in and he called me back when my vehicle arrived and assured me his technician would check it ASAP. Although I received bad news Mike guided me through the process and kept me updated on the progression on my new engine installation. Hats off to Mike for turning a negative experience positive!
