I was very satisfied with the help I got regarding my car. I was dealing with some light that would not be removed matter if I did what the light was indicating. The service with quick but also great communication ! the staff showed no signs of caring for the customer, was the conclusion i was left to come up with after sitting in the Covina valley kia dealership for 4 hours with no updates or notifications from the staff about how the oil service was going. Also after being told a car wash was provided, i had walked out to my car to find an unwashed car, which although is not a required thing of course, was a little unsettling considering the info i had just received. This experience was so bad I’m going to learn how to do my own oil service and never come back. :-(

Karen had a bad attitude. I felt she accused me of changing my mileage because someone had written it down incorrectly as 60,000 when in reality the car only had 45,000. I felt she didn’t want to help me. In fact I was so annoyed with how condescending and unhelpful she was I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Kia’s overall service was garbage. I kept getting the run around with my vehicle’s repair. What was suppose to be a few days job repair ended up being almost a month. Very disappointed with the service and communication that Kia Services had with me. I will definitely not be coming back to this shop. I’d rather drive out 20 miles to another Kia dealer than to come back to this one. I do not recommend this dealer. In fact I will also persuade family and friends to not come to this dealer.
