No loaners were available once my car was diagnosed with a warranty service so I had to rent a car for 7 days with my own money. I picked up my car this afternoon and all my caps were left off under the hood which caused my car to overheat. I got stranded on the side of the road with my kids. I called Kia and left a message but never received a call back. My car is still on the side of the road and non operational. This is very disappointing and I am very unsatisfied with your service.

Not sure if they stopped it but they used to wash your car. The they stopped that and only cleaned your windows. Did they stop that too? I was thinking that I’d have clean windows because it was from the dealer but in actuality I felt like I went to Jiffy Lube.
