I was very unsatisfied with the service they kept my car for over a week and kept telling me they’d call me back with updates and wouldn’t call me back I had to pay for a rental for about a week because I was stuck without a car and needed to get to work. Has it changed but I could only deal with one person which was Mike. He is awesome but doing to many things at one time!!! My car was ready a lot longer than what was said. I know this because my car was already parked somewhere else. Who ever is available should be able to help so people don’t have to wait for Mike in his many multiple things he is doing. Was not 100% happy yesterday.
