I got a message yesterday from Adam Swain saying my vehicle was ready. My vehicle was not in for service yesterday. I think Adam needs more training- perhaps he needs to verify the vehicle against the account before he sends out texts to customers.

The automated emails were incredibly frustrating and the lack of communication was so off-putting. If I hadn't called multiple times I would have been left in the dark. I also wish there were some sense of urgency regarding an Onsite rental. I understand being overwhelmed with clients, but it just feels like there's no sense of organization because of it.
