I have received the worst service that I have experienced till now. You kept me waited for around 8 hours and have not arranged any cab pick up. Usually it used to completed 2 to 3 hours of time frame every time I serviced my car but this time it is really frustrating a very bad experience. I have asked the same to Andy and he said that he forgot to update me on the time duration and book a cap.i have wasted my complete day because of you by keeping me waiting in the lobby with out any arrangements provided from you. You mentiin the quotes at the entry of service point saying time is money but you have not valued my time at all and all my plans on that day got reversed and because of you I almost lost 300 bugs.the poor service I have received ever so far

It took too long, was too expensive, and I had a very difficult time getting my car back when I kept saying that I needed to leave to pick children up from school. This caused me to be late which was very upsetting and stressful for me and the children.

Luis was the absolute best. My car's AC failed at during a road trip with my pets, at a time where I really cannot afford major repairs, but obviously couldn't afford NOT to get it fixed because I didn't want to bake my cats. I spent the entire day dreading that I would be told I need to replace the whole system, or that my car was failing. However, Luis and the team were thorough, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. They not only properly diagnosed my issue, but explained to me what work needed to be done and made sure I understood why. I feel like they were extremely honest, fair, and transparent. I really hope nothing else happens to my car, but if it has to, I sure hope I'm in Houston when it does!

I was not satisfied with my appointment with Rudy. I felt he pushed services that I did not need without even checking if they were necessary. After 5 minutes of my car being checked in, I asked him to take off one of the services when I realized I didn’t need it. After 15 more minutes, I went back again to take off another recommended but not necessary service. I felt that Rudy was not accommodating or understanding and did not have good customer service. He said my car has already been back and he can’t take off the second service. I told him I researched and called my parents and they confirmed I didn’t need that service and it’s a $250 money grab. Rudy didn’t even bother to check if that service had been started, or at least make some other accommodation to make up for it. Turns out my whole appointment took 4.5 hours (twice as long as what Rudy told me it would be). Had I known, I would have gone home with the Honda service. In addition, I’m sure there was time to remove the second service that I asked Rudy to remove but wouldn’t. When I arrived, I had also let Rudy know that my gas tank was low and I didn’t want to refill it since my battery was dead and would need to be jumped at a gas station. It had a 9 mile range when I brought it in. By the time my car was returned, it had zero range and the gas level was completely zero. Why would Honda return a car with no gas in it? I had to go back AGAIN after waiting so long already, so I could get a little bit of gas and make it to the gas station. Apparently my car must’ve been idling and waiting after I checked it in. Yet another reason I should’ve been able to take off the $250 injector cleaning. Anyways, I wouldn’t want Rudy as my service rep in the future.

We made an appointment for a recall on our Honda Odyssey. I was not informed until I arrived for the appointment that the part was not in stock. Considering that our reason for making the appointment should have been clear, we wish we had been contacted ahead of time so I didn’t have to drive all that way out there.
