In addition to the routine service I went in for, I also asked to check the two (2) 12V sockets with no power. At the end of the service, the front socket was still not working. I also asked to check on the audio system. When my phone connects, there is no sound coming out. This was not fixed too.

Keith was great to work with. Very polite and accommodating. All the work I wanted was completed. One complaint. I purchased 4 new tires and they looked really dirty. White drops, marks that looked like mud and looked scratched up. Now, I'll have to go through a car wash and add wheel shine. I would have liked them cleaned.
