Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service
Dear Easy Honda,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Andy at your workshop. I left my car at 8:00 am and was told it would be ready by 3:30 pm. However, when I arrived at 4:30 pm, I was informed that I would need to wait an additional 30 minutes because the tires were not ready. At 5:30 pm, my car still did not have the tires installed.
When I inquired about the status of my car, I was made to wait for a long time, despite having arrived before other customers who were served first. This experience reflects very poor service and organization, and because of this, I do not plan to return to your workshop.
I hope you take this complaint seriously and work on improving the quality of your service.
