I don't need a follow-up call with Easy Honda; I wanted to pass along a note that the time taken for my CVT fluid change was entirely too long at 4 hours and 40 minutes (from the time of drop off to when I received the text that my vehicle was ready). I suspect my tech did not ensure my vehicle was in the queue as I did not receive a text that my vehicle was checked until three hours after I had dropped it off. Also at around the 2.5 hour mark, I got a call from easy Honda asking whether I was coming to my appointment; I told this person I had left it with Keito hours ago.

It took 4 hours to complete my service, at last my car was not even washed. There was not even an apology for not doing the job. The worst service center I have ever been to. I will never come in to this place ever again. It's the worst service center.
