I would have appreciated a call from him about how long it would take to complete, instead i got the run around/ phone tag with ne real response and when i did he wasn't sure about it and rudely hung up on me. No i was not satified with Mr. Perez.

The filter behind the glove box was full of leaves. I noticed the noisenafter picking up the car. This noise occurred once before so I opened the glove box and removed the filter thinking there might be one or two leaves causing the noise. Instead I found upwards of 100 leaves in the compartment. Given that the noise occurred after I picked up the car Imspeculate that the mechanic saw that the filter was OK but didn't clean up the compartment. Regardless, it should not come back from the dealer in this shape.

Can it really be called "service experience" if hardly any service existed? I have been having my vehicle serviced at this location for about 2 years, and I can honestly say that this last visit was by far the WORST I've ever experienced. I had booked an appointment on Friday, June 7, 2024 at 1pm for an oil change. Upon arrival, I was not met by the agent assigned to me. I was approached by a different tech that stated Mr. Vasquez was "on lunch". Why was Mr. Vasquez at their lunch break when they were already scheduled to meet with me at my appointed timeframe? My partner and I had waited for 10 more minutes before the same tech repeated that Mr. Vasquez was still at lunch and then proceeded to check my vehicle in. Almost 2 hours goes by, and I have not received any contact. No text message or physical followup in the customer waiting area. In an attempt to check in with Mr. Vasquez, I had noticed 2 other clients that seemed to be arguing with him about their own affairs. Out of courtesy and respect, I kept my distance and returned back to the lobby. My partner had spoken to a different tech inside along with the manager in the office stating the situation as well. 30 more minutes pass and still no contact. As I made my way a 2nd time to meet with Mr. Vasquez I noticed that a different client of his was waiting for her vehicle to be brought to her as she was already tended to. When her vehicle came by, a different tech exited and stated that Mr. Vasquez had gone to the restroom. 5-10 more minutes pass and she is able to depart. A total of 2.5 hours have passed during my stay, and I am finally able to meet with Mr. Vasquez face-to-face for the FIRST TIME. By which, he brushed me off stating that "it will only be 20 more minutes". I wait 30 more minutes in the customer lobby. Still no contact or update. I take it upon myself to talk to Mr. Vasquez once more who stated that he is getting my paperwork ready. During this time, I decided to ask several questions and his answers were as follows: 1) Does it normally take 2.5 hours to perform an Oil Change? Even if I had an appointment? "Yeah, we've been backed up. It's busy every day." (no specific answer as to what could really be causing this insane delay) 2) There is a Honda location closer to where I live in Katy. Is there any benefits to continuing to have my car serviced here? "No, not really. There will be the same issues and same wait times. It's really a personal preference, so I'm not really sure." (No effort to try to keep me as a client for the future.) 3) I have been checking my phone consistently for updates, but I haven't received anything. Did you by any chance, send me anything regarding my vehicle that needed my attention? "No. I only see the check-in document. I haven't sent anything." (Admitting to NOT giving me updates...on my own vehicle? Why not? I ask this because previous agents have done so in the past so that said issues could be worked on while it is already under the eyes of the mechanics) Mr. Vasquez proceeds to spend 10 more minutes to print my paperwork (located in the office next door) before I am able to pay. It's at this time, that I finally receive a notification stating that my "vehicle is ready" in addition to 3 items that needed my attention; one of which was free of charge. Mr. Vasquez had brought my vehicle to me with paperwork of the receipt and a physical document of the other items that need to be serviced found by the mechanics during their inspection. Long story short: My partner and I spent a little over 3 whole HOURS with NO customer contact or service over the BARE MINIMUM oil change that I had scheduled. If had received contact of the issues that were found during the vehicle inspection, I might've asked for the mechanics to also address these while it was still being serviced. Fortunately, the issues that were listed were not major, but if they had been, would I had been expected stay even longer? The most infuriating part is the fact that I had to reach out to Mr. Vasquez at every turn. We were left completely in the dark with nothing but assumptions. As much as I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and be as empathatic as possible (with it being a Friday or just having to deal with a different upset client), I couldn't be. Especially when it was openly admitted that NO MESSAGES WERE SENT by Mr. Vasquez themselves. I believe in 2nd chances. Which is why I will return to this location. HOWEVER, I do not want Mr. Andy Vasquez to handle it any further.

Poor expectation management and poor coordination. I was initially told the car would be ready 3 to 4 pm. I told Keito that worked because I needed the car to pick up my son from daycare. I was told around 4:30 that the car wouldn’t be ready until later, at which point I told him 5:30 is the latest. He told me it would be ready then. I promptly arrived at 5:30, and the car wasn’t ready until almost 6. Had he been straightforward with me around 4:30, I could have easily managed a Plan B instead of all the last-minute juggling trying to pick up my son. Also when I dropped off the car in the morning I waited for a whole hour before a Uber ride was arranged.
