While I thought Abel was very nice, there were several things that were frustrating: I had to keep checking in myself on the status, they ultimately had to keep my car overnight because they made a mistake during the brake flush service, and then when I drove off the lot in the morning, my tire pressure signal immediately came on and when I reached my destination and checked my tires, 2 tires were 2-3 psi below the desired pressure (which I would have expected to be checked and filled especially as they rotated my tires). Overall, I expected better service for what I paid.

Service to the car was good. AC is running good so far but it’s only been 2 hours since I’ve picked it up. Only thing I’m disappointed in is that I told my service advisor if they could possibly wash and vacuum the car. He said it had already been done. Picked my car up and it was dirty and not washed. Which is okay is not yall’a responsibility to do it. But don’t lie about it, if he would have said no we can’t I would have 100% completely understood.

I made an appointment to bring my car and it took three to four hours for my car to be serviced. After picking up my car I was told that I would receive the report on my vehicle. I never received the report and now I am on call number four to speak with someone after being hung up on and placed on hold multiple times. This is poor customer service. I have still yet to receive my report on what needs to fixed on my car.
