Erik is excellent at his job. Knowledgeable and kind. My only complaint is that your sales team texts, emails, and calls EVERY time I have my car serviced. Predatory. I have purchased my last 2 Hondas from Spring Branch Honda, but will think long and hard before I decide to purchase my 3rd from Easy Honda. Your service department has remained excellent and employees like Erik are the reasons I have continued to be a loyal costumer for over 20 years. However, purchasing my next Honda there may not happen. Stop the practice of harassing customers every time their car is serviced . This is appreciated by NO ONE.

Just one concern about my last maintenance visit. After returning home, I discovered the air filter and the air filter cover were unsecured and resting on the engine at a 45 degree angle. I fixed that immediately but was unable to snap the hinges of the cover shut. Please have your mechanics check that everything is completed and in proper order before releasing the vehicle to the owner.
