My car was delivered to me with missing bumper screws and the fender was hanging out from the bumper. When I asked the service rep to fix it, the mechanic came outside and rudely said it came like that and walked back inside. The mechanic also stripped a screw on my bumper and permanently damaged my car. I am deeply disappointed with this dealerships service and do not plan on trusting this dealership with my vehicle again, nor will I be recommending it to anyone. I would like to set up time with the service team manager to discuss this issue.

I booked the first appointment of the day for my oil change and tire rotation so I could get through quickly and on my way to work. It should not take 2 hours to complete this work with no one in line in front of me. I arrived on-site before the service department was even open. Defeats the point of having an appointment if the work takes that long.

Everything was great about with the standard maintenance. We are frustrated because our fuel efficiency of the van is significantly lower than the quoted manufacturer’s rating. We can only go 300 miles on a tank when set on econo mode. Last time we brought it in, we were advised to use premium fuel. That has only made a modest improvement. We should be get getting significantly better efficiency. We called Honda and they have directed us to bring the van to another Honda dealer. We had hoped Easy Honda could address all of our service needs.
