This experience was terrible for me. I had to call multiple times per day and Uber back and forth to the dealership DAILY, only to be sent home without my car day after day. The only relief was speaking with the manager Cedric to get a discount for my inconvenience and experience with this service. I do not recommend coming to this dealership for service. I will seek maintenance elsewhere.

When I got there I told Keito that I need an oil change and for my fluids to be topped off. As I was paying I asked if my fluids were topped off. He answered yes. When I got to my vehicle and checked my fluids, my windshield fluids were empty. And also my tmps light is on and it seemed like Honda didn’t want to try to fix it so I will be going to a different location from now on. 0 out of 5 stars. Thanks.
