I was definitely not impressed with the service I received. When I stopped in, the advisor was "busy" (or so he claimed later) chatting it up with the advisors in the neighboring office space. Then he meandered to his space while chatting with another (presumable) employee as she was casually holding an open laptop. I was not greeted with courtesy, no eye contact or even a hello. My vehicle was only requiring a $7 safety inspection (classic car), though the advisor insisted it had to be the full $25 fee. I was already there so I authorized it. When I came back, I even confronted him about the lack of courtesy. That's when he claimed he was "busy." I asked him how long he had worked there, which he said 5 years. You would think in five years you would have learned the basics of customer service. Apparently I am mistaken. Upon pickup, I noticed my driver's door was slightly ajar, as the cause was it not being closed properly. Upon further inspection the driver's door was completely unlocked. The passenger side door was also unlocked. Genuinely one of the most unsatisfying visits I have ever had in my life at any service center. Thankfully the inspections are no longer required and I will not have to take it back again.

Keito gave us a nice discount which we appreciate very much. I wish the discounts could be automatically applied, when available, as we get these offers from you be email all the time. We liked the quick repairs. Not sure why Keito said our car tires needed 36 psi pressure, as I thought it it's 30 psi !!! Hopefully your service people put in the right pressures. It has a smooth ride, so I am assuming they did. Thanks!!!
