Mr. Baatz was polite, punctual, and very informative! I had originally come in for a state inspection and a car wash, however, he had brought a two extra items that had needed immediate attention.
All things considered, after I had approved of these updates, everything had been completed and I was back on the road in only 1.5 hours! Way quicker than I had expected.

I arrived on time for my appointment at 10.30am and Andy told me it will take 2 hs.. I was surprised but I accepted and went inside the office to wait….4 hours waiting..let me said I went for a routine maintenance, no major repairs… I asked someone that was wearing a Honda shirt and after that I received the inspections summary by text, same time the manager told me the car was going for the wash and it will be ready in 20min. I approved 2 things on the message thinking those were already done and they need it for invoice only..so then I received a message saying that those services will take an extra hour, of course I said no and I went out to ask where was my car and it was not being wash.. imagine my humor at this time so I ask them to bring my car back.. I wait other 15 min for the car while I made the payment and finally I got my car.. no wash of course after almost 4.30 hours… horrible service

We took our 2012 Honda CRV in for a transmission drain and we were told that a diagnostic test would be needed first which would cost $179. That $179 in turn could then be applied towards the work requested. Once the diagnostic was completed I received a text with a link to view diagnostic findings. The diagnostic report in one area had different sections referencing different areas of the vehicle. One section, ‘under the hood’, listed all items in green meaning there were no issues. That included the struts and control arms. The other portion of the diagnostic report went into more detail and there in red were the struts and control arms as needing immediate replacement. So either they are worn out or they are not. The pictures included in the report were not helpful as there is no way of validating that it is indeed my vehicle. I would have appreciated being shown the actual supposedly worn parts in person. I called the service rep and was then told that the fee for the diagnostic test could only be applied to the replacement of struts nothing else. I did not appreciate at all being told one thing upon arrival and then another thing after the diagnostic. I declined all work as I feel completely mislead and lied too by the service rep. My regular mechanic will do the work with a lifetime warranty for half the cost. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle we were then told the cost would $213. I said we were told $179. There is a charge on there for approximately $26 for something I couldn’t even tell you what. Then the service rep says he didn’t realize labor went from $179 to $184 the day before. Seriously. I was $179 ended up having to pay $208.07 for nothing. We took it there for transmission fluid drain which was said upfront and then we are told by service rep that no that diagnostic fee could not be applied to that. I won’t be going to Easy Honda again. That is where we bought the car too although it was Spring Branch Honda. Our second Honda we purchased from Gillman and even though they are further I would go there if needed over Easy Honda.

The Honda team in this location are the far most unprofessional dealership damn if you ask them questiona as to your service because they will quickly say it's not their fault that the customer should know. I went for a key replacement and came out with them doing a full inspection on my vehicle starting there was a vault leaking and Cleary my car was fine before I brought it , I feel as to the techs add and are untrustworthy with their services as well as the people assisting Andy vasques was the advisor and rody malamgan was the tech when I asked him about it he got all defensive and disrespectful as to why was I questioning his service when asked for a supervisor no one was available. I waited for my car also because Andy was out on lunch

I brought my car in to get an oil change and to check on a part that had a crack on it. I was told the part was under warranty and that someone would be in contact with me in 3-4 business days to schedule the replacement of the part. I was never contacted by the service department and it’s been 2 weeks but instead I have been contacted twice by the sales department asking if I would like to trade in my 6 month old car to buy a new car. It was very frustrating to see the dealerships commitment to sales rather than service. In addition to never being contacted about the part, the oil change was completed but never reset in the cars computer system.
