I was totally satisfied with the service, the only thing I’d say is that it took a pretty long time for the Uber to be called compared to when I expected it. This was both for when I was going home after dropping my car off and coming back to the dealer to pick my car up. It’s nice to offer that service but I think you should just be more clear with how long it will take (25-30 minutes after you’ve dropped your car off before the Uber is actually called)

Slow, poor service
Every time I bring my car in, there’s a problem when I leave. Last time was missing parts. This time there was new damage to the car and an attempted repair.
Multiple attempts to resolve the situation were unanswered. Called multiple times since that day. Spoke to multiple Easy Honda service employees including a director. Left voicemails. Calls were not returned. Commitments made by Services, were not kept.
