After making an appointment, the service advisor was supposed to have a loaner car available. 2X this week he promised a car available but after 6 days we still don’t have an available car. Our car is being repaired for electrical work done so they will probably hold the car for several weeks to get insurance company approvals get parts and complete repairs

Our Pilot was trusted in Honda's care for a routine oil change and repairs that were promised resolve at purchase by 2 of the sales managers. During our time of service we were not notified of the issues/maintenance required for our vehicle in a timely manner. I've called, left voice messages and text messages regarding an update without response back. We are greatly disappointed and dissatisfied with the overall experience with Easy Honda. The lack of communication and thoroughness has left us without transportation and a regretful joint 1st time purchase experience.

Rudy was probably one of the worst advisors who was absolutely no help in my process. It took two weeks of me calling non stop and even talking to a manager for him to still get back to me. After finally getting in touch with him two weeks later. He made a 5 minute call that he was suppose to do and was no help at all. He was very unprofessional and I will not be serviced by him again. I most definitely dont ever leave bad reviews but the way I felt after this process, he needs more awareness in what he is doing.
