Andy did ok but mechanic spent more time on phone and listening to music instead of completing work in a timely manor. I arrived at 7:15 am and finally got my car back close to noon. Does not seem reasonable amount of time for wheel alignment (5 hrs) if that wasn’t bad enough had to return to easy to get my wheel lock device mechanic failed to return to Andy or replace in glove box where he got it. I am taking my business to another Honda dealership due to way I was treated. My next Honda will be purchased there! Suggest you talk to your mechanics about using cell phones while working especially customers can easily see this.

I took my car here 3 different times in one week. The first one I went with another representative who was disrespectful since the beginning I got there and decided not to leave my car and left. The second time I wss with Andy he was helpful although the problem was not resolved. The first time my car was still making the noise on the driver’s left side panel and it did not got fixed it actually got worse. I went again the next day and it took them a couple days and I was ok with not having my car as long as it was fixed. He told me they had to change the whole door panel and they did. The first day the door was not making the noise and the second day it started all over again and it was not fixed and it is still making the noise so it must be something else. The whole communication with the service department it’s pretty complicated you have to call and call again to have updates. I had some weird text exchanges and it was difficult to know when to pick up my car or to have sent an Uber and I was communicating back and forth with the service desk lady to understand updates and what was going on. Finally I am talking with Eugene and Agustin at sales to understand if something happened before on the sales floor to this car before they leased it to me. I spoke to them about and they said that nothing happened to it. This is pretty concerning since it is a brand new car and the noise it’s making it’s from a very old and beat up car. I take really good care of my cars so it was not on my end either. I would like to talk to the manager and someone that can for once and for all help me resolve this issue or give me solutions. I need my car for work as we all do and I can’t keep having this issue that is so frustrating. Please let me know when can I go there to speak to the manager about this and can help me. Thank you
