Makayla was great! 5 stars. She’s was so nice and informative. Made sure I was okay with services prior to start. Checked in to ensure I was doing well. It was towards the end of the day and I didn’t receive my car wash, but told me to come back the next day and helped me out. Awesome customer service!

Couldn’t get Andy on the phone to discuss the recommended services. I will not be returning to Easy Honda. The quality of customer service is not what it used to be. Even when I picked up my car, Andy said nothing and instead I was checked out by someone else. I will be finding another shop this morning to handle all of the recommended services.

Maria is great. What is really awful is the process you put in place a few years ago by having the customer pay their invoice with the service advisor rather than going to the counter and paying. More often than not when I show up to pick up my car and pay the bill, my service advisor is Not at their desk. They are somewhere in the shop. When I find another advisor and they send messages to my service advisor more often than not there is no response. Finally when they come out, they usually say they didn’t receive the text. More often than not, I have had to wait to pay my bill for more than 10 minutes.
Because this has happened multiple times, I am now going to be looking at other places to service my vehicles. I have three Hondas
