I made an appointment ahead of time to have my windshield replaced. I would expect that you would have the windshield on hand. If I had not called the parts department the day before (unknown to the service advisor, who when I arrived saw there wasn’t one and thought it would be an overnight job because the windshield would have to be found), my van would have sat all day for no reason. Surely you look at appointments ahead of time. I was given an estimate then, which was good because I’d called for an estimate the week before and was given the wrong amount. $1,385 but turns out that didn’t include the adjusting for the cameras and calibration so $1,700 price was much higher (so much for my comparison shopping and deciding the dealer would do it right - that’s a LOT ). Also, throughout the day, I received no updates or status or something point inspection. I called and had to leave a message in the afternoon re status. I wasn’t called until 5:15 - ready for pickup but we close at 6 pm. And I was half an hour away. Not a good experience.

I called because I left my stainless steel water tumbler there at Easy Honda. No one has turned it in. I am very sad because I do not have enough money to buy a new one - had to but 4 new tires yesterday!

Car still idling rough and knocking noise when switching from electric to gas. I told Rudy about this but he indicated that the tech said it should only happen on cold start. However the rough idling and knocking occurs frequently during and after a commute (when the engine is plenty warm).

No contact What they need to do is call the customer back when they reach out to them. I left several massages to ask Andy to call me back, I never get a response. He isn't the only one. Easy Honda usually have a good customer service after the changes you don't get good service anymore
