Service was handled unprofessionally. Keito did not communicate issues or time required to resolve them. I was not updated on my car, which I had to take in twice for service. I originally took in my car for a regular oil change and the light was not reset as the warning was still on when my car was dropped off. I was offered a gas top up to make up for extended time to service my car and this was also not completed. Overall this has been my worst service experience with Easy Honda since becoming a customer over 2 years ago.
