We were a bit disappointed that an oil change took 3 hours to complete. I specially go to Honda to do all my service because I trust the understanding standing of my vehicle however, 3 hours for an oil change seems a bit long.

I had some trouble getting people to answer the phone. When they did answer, service was fine. You don’t show a good number for the service department on your website.
