I had a terrible experience with the service! It took over 3 hours for an oil change, even though I had an appointment. The service advisor never checked in with me or provided any updates throughout the entire process. I won’t be returning for any future purchases or services

Makayla was fantastic. The issue is that what should have been a 90-minute job turned into a full day because the two keys I had purchased were not available and had to be retrieved from offsite. This resulted in Uber-ing back and forth, having to get a loaner car, etc. Just not the seamless service I was expecting. Again, Makayla was great - very communicative, arranged the Ubers and loaner vehicle, etc.
