I arrived at 9:45 for my 10:00 a.m. appointment. I was asked by the guys standing outside if I have an appointment and I said yes and they said they are going to inform Keito, my service advisor, after patiently waiting for almost 25mins, greeted me around 10:09. Sometime in the afternoon I got a message that my car is ready. So when I picked it up I asked my service advisor where was it parked? He pointed me to the waiting area as I walked there. I did not see my car so I went back and pressed my car key button to locate my car and it was just outside the door leading to the mechanics area. I was disappointed already with him that morning, and he doesnt even know where the car is made me even mo disappointed, I drive my car and as I exit the service area, a B1 maintenance reminder popped up again, I went back and told him and he said the mechanics should have resetted it and he went ahead and resetted it himself. Overall, this experience is poor compared to my last visit here.

Arrived at 9:15 for a 9:30 appointment that I was going to wait there for. The appointment was just for an oil change. I had to repeatedly seek out updates on progress from my service advisor. A car wash I didn’t request added another 35-45 minutes of wait time after already waiting 3 hours for the oil change to be completed. Then finally , when it was all supposedly completed, I waited another 30 minutes because my keys were misplaced. There was not a single part of the process I was happy with.
