I was told I needed an appointment to get a new cup holder installed. I made an appointment for 10:00 and I was there at 10:00. Then I was told it would take2-3 hours. After 3 hours I asked on the status. I was told 50 more minutes. The car was finished at 2:45. After paying for the service I was told, “Your car is either on this lot or on the other lot.” I guess he realized that was not good customer service so he did go and get the car for me. I will not be going to Easy Honda again.

Service Advisor did not show commitment on taking care of my because I have to check with her in regards on my vehicle, I brought my vehicle in for recall diagnostic and never call me to give a report on that I have to go look for her or her manager, just to install a clip that goes on the battery assembly and wash it took 3 hours. They never did the recall on my car and respect my time. Poor customer service
