I received a message saying my car was nearly ready for pickup and asked if I wanted to schedule the Uber back. I accepted the ride which took about 20 minutes but then had to wait an additional 45-50 minutes for my car to be ready to take. When I was dropped off I was given no instructions on where to go and I texted my assigned service person but did not receive a response. I would've appreciated the Uber ride back more if it lined up closer to my actual pick up time. Overall, I wasn't expecting a general maintenance appointment to take nearly 4 hours (9a - 12:45p).

At the beginning told me 2 hours . I was there only for engine oil change. Tried multiple attempts to contact customer representative during five and half hours waiting period. But no response . After came back to service station find another employee who was working outside ,he helped me to get the car back.
