Service writers (Andy & Keito) did not communicate the GPS antenna issue properly to the service technician. Service technician worked for 4 1/2 hours on the Apple Car Play system, where there was no issue. Issue still exist with the car (vehicle is not detecting GPS). I’m very dissatisfied with the service provided today. A second visit will be required. Thank you for the opportunity to comment. John
