Dropped off car at 2 pm. Didn't get car back until 5 pm. Spent 3 hours waiting for my car. I also requested no car wash because I didn't want to wait 30 more minutes and needed to pick up my kids. 3 hours for oil change and tire rotation was too much.

My only comment is that you were over booked when I visited the dealership. It took 4 1/2 hours for my tire to be repaired and the cabin air filter to be changed. I was given a time estimate of 1 to 1 1/2 hours and decided to wait in the lounge.
