Pierre went above and beyond to make me feel at ease trusting him with my vehicle. I got to meet my tech Ty as well who seemed excited and enthusiastic to work on my car. Although we did find some problems they were quick to offer solutions and opinions on what should be done. Will definitely be coming back with more vehicles. If I had to pick on one thing I did have to wait on an Uber for a while since their computers were down. Not a big deal since Britney was pretty good company to keep me entertained.

I was very dissapointed in the outcome of my visit. The service manager has not resolved my problem, and I ended up paying $186 and there was no repair. This was a 2013 Honda Odyssey, and for an issue that was not brought up to our attention at the time of sale in 2019, they want us to pay $5,000. There was a lawsuit for the issue that needs repair, and there was no consideration for this. Absolutely outrageous.

Did not rotate tires or balance them. Notoced this since stem oneft rear tire needed to be replaced. When I went to pivl.up car stem stoll not replaced on left tear tire
Obviously, tires were not rotated nor were they balanced, but charged for it
When service rep told meager, manager refunded the cost and rotated and balanced tires. Guy was supposedly written up.
